• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Canby, OR, via UPS.
   
• Please note: a complete and correct mailing address is required. Patty Reed Insta-Totes cannot be held responsible for any incorrect mailing information we receive.
   
• Under normal circumstances, orders will be shipped within the next 7-10 business days. 

• We are happy to return or exhange any damaged or faulty item within 30 days of the original invoice.
   
• There is no charge for return shipping, and refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
   
• Please include a copy of the original invoice and indicate whether you would like a return or exchange.
